Tender and Contract Governance Specialist

About this Role:
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Tender & Contract Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tender submissions, managing contract maintenance processes, and ensuring the accuracy of stock movements and invoicing.
- Coordinate tender submissions and ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met
- Manage contract maintenance processes and prepare accurate invoicing
- Maintain and update records in ERP systems (Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
- Track and report on stock movements to align with orders and commitments
You will play a vital part in supporting the business to deliver on key projects. This is a full-time position, with an immediate start required.
The ideal candidate will have proven tender coordination experience, strong administration and process governance skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exposure to Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
