**The role**:
As the Treatment and Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Water Recycling Plant (WRP) Delivery Program. You will lead the assessment, development and delivery of new technology to support drive toward a Circular Economy. The role will provide specialist input into broader South East Water projects, contribute to capital planning and prioritisation, ensure financial and operational viability of all projects are met and that projects are delivered in line with the Liveable Water Solutions Strategic Plan and the South East Water Corporate Plan.

Key accountabilities will be, but not limited to:

- SME for the South East Water CAPEX program management of Water Recycling Plants (WRPs)
- Develop and lead the delivery of new WRPs and upgrades of existing WRPs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely and to budget.
- Leadership of a team of engineers
- Lead the assessment and development of new technology, and the condition assessment and reliability program for the WRPs.
- Manage the ongoing assessment and evaluation in regard to the viability and commerciality of tenders.

**Who are you?**:

- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, or significant experience in the wastewater treatment plant construction industry
- Experience in managing and delivering large WRP programs and capital works in wastewater treatment plants.
- Strong stakeholder management an influence
- People leadership and management
- Experience in dealing with Government and regulatory bodies.
- Asset and contract management.
- CPEng will be highly regarded.
