Role Overview
As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving store and team performance by creating an exceptional customer experience, fostering strong sales driving attitudes, and prioritizing succession and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a culture that values employee growth, collaboration, transparency, and open communication.
- Lead, coach, and support the store team to achieve goals related to people, performance, planning, and operations.
- Ensure team members deliver an exceptional customer experience using CLASS sale selling steps and relevant customer service techniques.
- Drive and maintain sales performance within the store, aligned with retail objectives and KPIs.
- Support the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss store and team opportunities and develop actions.
