Job Title:

Service Delivery Manager

Are you a results-driven leader with experience in IT service management? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? We're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our clients. This includes managing service level agreements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 6-8 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in IT service management
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • ITIL Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 processes and principles
  • Citizenship: Australian citizen with baseline security clearance

You Will Be Successful In This Role If:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
