What makes a great click and collect manager?

As the day-to-day leader of our online department, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, from order selection and packing to delivery or collection.

Reporting directly to the store manager, you will have full accountability for driving sales growth, managing costs, and meeting rostering needs. You'll take pride in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management across our stores.

Leadership experience is essential, as you'll need to coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding results. You'll be a role model for our values and behaviours, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and support.
