We are seeking a visionary leader to drive sales and customer satisfaction in our Canberra store.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail professional to lead our team of beauty experts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and meet business targets.
  • Building Customer Loyalty: Foster strong relationships with customers and build a loyal community around our brand.
  • Leading the Team: Motivate and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding results.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our District Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of our team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management position, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics environment.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and staff at all levels.
