We're seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our Front Office team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Reception desk, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering guests, providing information on local attractions, and resolving any guest issues that may arise.
  • Lead and develop a team of Front Office staff to promote high levels of customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with a preference for Opera Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, with a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
