Assistant Venue Manager RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Holey Moley, Hijinx Hotel, and Archie Brothers in Surfers Paradise. As a key member of our venue team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, motivating your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Transform our venue into a vibrant and engaging space that exceeds guest expectations.
- Support and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service, bartending, and function hosting.
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including rosters, training, and financial management.
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture that makes coming to work exciting.
- A vibrant and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proven experience in hospitality, with a focus on bar, kitchen, and function management.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance hands-on duties with administrative tasks.
- A drive for excellence, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
