Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Holey Moley, Hijinx Hotel and Archie Brothers in Surfers Paradise, QLD. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading our front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead with Energy: Motivate and inspire your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Boost Revenue: Run high-performing shifts, drive up and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and exceed sales targets.
- Create WOW Spaces: Transform our venue into a world-class entertainment destination that exceeds guest expectations.
- Support Your Team: Coach and develop a high-energy team of customer service, bartender, and function host professionals.
- Handle Operations: Manage front-of-house and back-of-house portfolios, including rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more.
