About the Role

As a Broker Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting Client Managers to achieve goals and budget forecasts. This customer-focused role involves assisting with the end-to-end renewal process, preparation of quotation and placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Client Managers
  • Assist with the renewal process, including preparation of quotations and placement slips
  • Submit reports and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
  • Organized and efficient with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Insurance industry or financial services experience is highly regarded
