Job Title: Fleet Admin OfficerAbout the Role

The Fleet Admin Officer is the primary point of contact for customer requests, supporting Relationship Managers to review and administer customer portfolios. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and meeting contractual obligations and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage customer portfolios, ensuring timely resolution of client requests and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Capture business potential and maximize client renewal, while upselling other products and services to existing clients.
  • Regularly review customer fleets, identifying and addressing exceptions through effective reporting and fleet optimization.
  • Prepare quotations within specified turnaround times and ensure follow-through and recording.
  • Manage future vehicle terminations and restructures, maintaining best practice fleet management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, meeting specified deadlines and reporting regularly.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
