Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Fleet Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Fleet Services Team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including registrations, fuel management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks such as registrations, fuel management, and infringement management
  • Timely and accurate ordering, dispatching, and cancellation of fuel cards
  • Maintain accurate and meaningful internal records
  • Respond to clients and internal enquiries regarding fleet services related matters in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the fleet services team as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely and effective manner
  • High level of proficiency in software packages, including advanced spreadsheet and word processing skills
  • Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills
