Enterprise Marketing Strategist

About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and execute the development and delivery of enterprise-wide email and direct mail marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
You will define, implement, and continuously improve lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments, ensuring every communication is purposeful, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing, gained in either creative, media agency, or marketing 'client-side' environments.
You should be analytical and creative, with a proven ability to track performance, manage complex projects, and deliver results in risk-aware settings.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the development and delivery of enterprise-wide email and direct mail marketing strategies.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing.
- Proven ability to track performance, manage complex projects, and deliver results in risk-aware settings.
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce, along with analytics tools like GA4 or Adobe Omniture.
