Marketing Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled marketing strategist to drive alignment and momentum across our marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator and natural collaborator to elevate brand performance.

This role will oversee the delivery of key marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and digital strategies across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver marketing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of key marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and brand consistency.
  • Act as a key liaison across marketing and other departments, removing roadblocks, aligning priorities, and representing marketing in business initiatives.
  • Oversee performance tracking, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine and improve outcomes.
About You:
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing roles across digital, brand, traditional marketing, and campaign environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and brand strategy.
  • Exposure to managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management with high attention to detail.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
