Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Omnichannel Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an Omni-Channel marketing professional, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that reach customers across all interaction points such as digital, social, email, physical, and other communication channels.

The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing strategies that align with business goals while developing cross-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will work closely with the team to design personalized, seamless experiences for customers across all platforms and provide insights into competitive strategies and recommending innovative marketing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business (advantageous) combined with at least five years' experience in developing omni-channel marketing strategies within a large, complex business.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across a variety of digital and offline channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and catalogues.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing technologies.
