At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to spearhead integrated campaigns and drive business growth. With a passion for strategy, data, and customer acquisition, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that fuel sales pipeline and elevate brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation programs across paid and organic channels.
- Design and optimize lead magnets (eBooks, tools, webinars, templates) to fuel pipeline and engagement.
- Establish structured funnels that align content, targeting, and campaign strategy to buyer journey stages.
- Lead the development and management of strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Own the planning and execution of paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic), SEO, and website optimization efforts.
- Build and maintain lead nurture workflows via email, content, and retargeting.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize conversion and velocity metrics, and report on pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Brand teams to target key accounts, co-develop messaging, and measure funnel progress.
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 4+ years in performance and demand generation roles.
- Demonstrated success delivering marketing-sourced pipeline through both paid and organic channels.
- Proven experience owning budgets and delivering measurable ROI on media and program spend.
- Strong knowledge of performance strategy, media buying, SEO, nurture flows, and web conversion.
- Proficient in campaign reporting, funnel analysis, and marketing operations.
