Job Title: Radiology Leadership Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Manager to lead our medical imaging operations across internal radiology clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal health outcomes for patients, overseeing day-to-day medical imaging operations, and managing human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality radiology services to patients within the NSW Adult Correctional environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and safety, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional work teams to leverage resources and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Foster a positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing radiology services, with a focus on patient care and safety.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
