Experienced Marketing/Sales representative in Radiology

Due to organisational growth, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in Earlwood Sydney, reporting to the Business Director directly.

Working closely with the operational and clinical teams at Our Radiology Group you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth and increased market share by strengthening relationships and increasing depth and breadth of referrals in your territory.

This role would suit a motivated individual with the drive to achieve business objectives.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Drive growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers in your territory
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute territory sales plans
  • Facilitate productive and lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff, managers and other stakeholders, to support excellence in service delivery.
  • Maintain referrer management system Salesforce in order to plan effectively, monitor and measure performance and drive business outcomes.
  • Gather referrer feedback and share market intelligence with Management, Radiologists and Clinic Leaders, in order to achieve business goals and objectives

Key selection criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year sales and territory management experience gained in GP and/or hospital sales
  • Proven ability to drive positive business outcomes to meet targets and objectives.
  • Ability to understand, learn and disseminate medical and/or technical concepts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret and analyse data
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal, written, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
