Radiology Team Leader

This leadership role is available in a hospital environment, where you will be responsible for managing a team of medical imaging professionals. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and prioritize workload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff rostering, annual leave planning, and sick leave
- Plan and manage workflow to ensure compliance with quality management standards
- Supervise and lead individuals and teams to achieve business goals
The ideal candidate will have current registration as a Medical Imaging Technologist or Sonographer, clinical experience in a hospital setting, supervising and leading individuals and teams, excellent communication skills, and prioritizing workload.
