Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive customer growth and retention across our enterprise client base.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, building strong executive-level relationships, and ensuring service excellence that delivers measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive account strategies for large-scale customers.
  • Establish and maintain robust connections with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain high standards of service performance, including timely and accurate delivery.
  • Diligently work towards revenue growth and margin preservation in line with established targets.

Collaboration and Support:

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide customer-centric solutions.

A background in the transportation and logistics industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, along with a proven track record in enterprise account management or business development.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems is also essential.
