Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:

The New Claims Coordinator role supports the eligibility function, ensuring all new claims received are promptly identified, reviewed, and registered to enable correct and prompt eligibility entitlement decisions to be made. Key responsibilities include accurate identification of claim types, coding of all new claims, and registration of all new claims within specified timeframes. This role also involves contacting employers/ workers (where required) to verify claim lodgement details, monitoring new claims inboxes and registration queue, and completing other duties as directed by the Team Manager.
