About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join AC3 Australia as a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst/Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives, working closely with our customers to gather and analyze end-user requirements, and developing functional specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Analysis: Contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives, working closely with our customers to gather and analyze end-user requirements.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops with the business/customers to gather and analyze end-user requirements as required.
  • Process Mapping: Create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop functional specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user friendliness of system enhancements.
  • Operational Change Management: Provide input directly into operational change management initiatives and training.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to users.
Requirements
  • ServiceNow Experience: Previous experience working as a ServiceNow business analysis in medium to large environments.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience across ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC.
  • Analytical Skills: Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artefacts/outputs.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.
  • Certifications: Industry certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ITIL Foundation certificate.
