This is a contract position for a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to work onsite at one of our customers' locations in the Parramatta area. The initial contract is for 6 months, with high chances of extension or ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives
- Organise and facilitate workshops with the business/customers to gather and analyse end-user requirements
- Create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement
- Develop functional specifications and document desired outcomes of system enhancements/developments
- Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user friendliness of system enhancements
- Provide input directly into operational change management initiatives and training
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of products through the ability to accurately explain core system functionality, module capability, and configuration options
- Deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to users
- Previous experience working as a ServiceNow business analyst in medium to large environments
- Extensive experience across the ServiceNow platform and modules, including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and GRC
- Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artefacts/outputs
- Proven ability to adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines
- Industry certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ITIL Foundation certificate
- Outstanding level of written and oral communication skills, with a confident, personable, and professional manner
- Previous experience in developing training materials and conducting interactive training sessions is highly regarded
