RTO Administrator Job Description

As a seasoned RTO administrator, you will be responsible for managing students and clients while ensuring the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) remains compliant at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student support and administrative tasks related to RTO functions.
  • Assist in training management, including session scheduling, student monitoring, and completion tracking.
  • Oversee training resources, including material printing, organisation, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate student data and files in accordance with RTO policies and compliance standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to queries, processing enrolments, and issuing certificates.
  • Manage student records in axcelera (Student Management System).
  • Perform other administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and scanning.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the VET sector and skills for maintaining compliance.
  • Experience in a similar administrator role in an RTO offering courses to domestic students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft programs.
  • Experience using Student Management Systems like axcelerate.
