**Position Description**

This is an on-site contract role for an RTO Coordinator at Excel College Australia Head office located in Bankstown. The RTO Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Registered Training Organization.

**Primary purpose of the role**

Administer all aspects of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance operations focussing on quality learning materials and outcomes, target growth of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and compliance with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) in the delivery of workplace training.

**Key accountabilities**
- Oversee RTO compliance activities and coordinate the collation of periodic and ad-hoc reports for audit and Australian Vocational Education and Training Statistical Standard (AVETMISS) reporting, implementing recommendations and strategies for RTO compliance operations
- Lead the quality assurance and continuous improvement commitments for the RTO relating to systems administration and staff development across RTO activities
- Develop program outlines, learning and assessment resources for the delivery of programs, ensuring the relevance of learning material and compliance to ASQA requirements and training package rules
- Administer the quality assurance and continuous improvement commitments of the RTO including trainer profiles, validation and moderation of assessments, training package changes and associated amendments
- Identify opportunities within new and existing accounts, rolling out training options to increase client and student engagement and lead generation
- Review and continually improve the RTO activities, programs and service delivery, ensuring that it remains current and underpins effective operations, and high levels of quality and service
- Accurately maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Portal (Mesh ,and aXcelerate) analyse and correctly update LMS data, assisting with coordinating training sessions.
- Analyse, develop and deliver regular reports on student experience feedback and trends derived from feedback and market indicators, adding value and supporting enrolments and business growth ,maintain training and assessment strategies, ability to map assessments across a range of training packages to increase and drive process efficiencies and improvements.
- Maintain professional knowledge to establish, implement and review relevant to ASQA requirements translating them into practical solutions to support learning/compliance/competence.
- Maintain composure, balancing workload, conflicting priorities and effectively handling difficult situations.
- Uphold data integrity and knowledge of the Learning Management systems, related compliance, financial and related policies in an RTO environment, in pursuit of excellence in service quality and delivery.
- Maintain current knowledge of legislation, Australian Standards, RTO frameworks, training package rules, policies and procedures to ensure current learning material and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Understand the business, challenges and objectives to ensure programs are integrated effectively and align with business requirements in a constantly evolving work environment, implementing improvements in relation to RTO operations, client service and sales environment.
