Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to administer funded training contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance with RTO Standards 2015 and state government guidelines.

The role involves coordinating student support and administration duties, managing training programs, trainers' schedules, and training resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student administration, enrolments, invoicing, and scheduling of sessions
  • Trainers' management, booking trainers, and premises
  • Training resources management, materials printing, organisation, and logistics
  • Data entry, including results and claims for students through multiple student management systems and LMS
  • Maintenance of student data and files according to RTO policies and compliance
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries, processing enrolments, issuing certificates, and managing customer retention
  • All levels of administrative duties, including filing, typing, data entry, and scanning
  • Liaising with employers and facilitators
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in administering training qualifications and programs
  • Knowledge of the AQF, RTO national code, and RTO compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated student management system experience and computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent knowledge of training package requirements
  • Understanding of government funding policies and procedures for RTOs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team
