Job Title: Dementia Support Program Team Lead

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality dementia support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our DSA program meets its key performance indicators and provides tailored support to individuals with dementia.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting older adults and carers with dementia, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. They will also have the ability to work across multiple locations and collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic leadership to a team of professionals delivering dementia support services
  2. Develop and implement programs to improve service delivery and client outcomes
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service provision
  4. Manage budgets and resources to optimize service delivery
  5. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in nursing, allied health, or a related field
  • Experience working with older adults and carers with dementia
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software and administrative tasks
