**About the Role**

The Program Support Officer will support the Manager of the relevant program to deliver the program in line with organisational objectives, and to meet customer service delivery needs. The role will undertake activities to support service development and delivery including coordination of program changes, communication, research, reporting, developing, and updating operational procedures, liaising with the funding body and administrative activities.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

- Provide support to the Manager of the relevant program in all areas of program management.
- Coordinate and implement program changes in line with the agreed procedures.
- Work closely with front line teams to understanding the practicalities of service delivery and to identify program issues.
- Develop policy, procedures and resources to support service delivery.
- Support management and performance reporting activities to allow monitoring of program deliverables and consistent understanding of client outcomes.
- Initiate activities and interventions where gaps in the program or issues are identified.
- Assist with the coordination and distribution of key communications.
- Work and coordinate with stakeholders across business functions.

You will also be required to have:

- Experience in employment services or program management.
- The ability to deal with complexity, and exceptional problem-solving capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation.
- High-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Must maintain a current driver's licence and ongoing willingness to undertake intrastate/interstate travel as required.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
