We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team at Career Panacea.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing bank reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Using bookkeeping software (XERO) to generate accounting reports, track expenses, and manage inventory.
  • Maintaining general office files, documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Daily trust accounting of property management and sales systems receipting and reconciliation.
  • Reviewing incoming mail and invoices for processing, payment, and re-invoicing where necessary.
  • Reviewing and processing expenses and other transactions for corporate entities.
  • Monthly bond and other balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monthly processing and posting of rental P&L for select owners (corporate entities).
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, email management, filing, documentation, and inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong accounting skills and knowledge of bookkeeping software (XERO).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Salary Estimate

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
