**Account Manager Position Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead our client relationships, drive productivity improvements, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate, construction, or property management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster exceptional client partnerships through outstanding service delivery and meaningful engagement.
  • Lead the contract for the provision of planned and corrective/reactive maintenance services.
  • Manage and support a team of dedicated facilities management professionals to deliver exceptional services.
  • Assume a key leadership role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality facilities management and maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the real estate, construction, or property industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
