Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Delivery Manager to join our organization. This role is responsible for developing and nurturing senior management relationships with customers, as well as owning customer operational relationships to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies and processes with customers in areas such as performance metrics and measurement, escalation change management, and communication.
  • Owning expense/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements, developing, implementing, and monitoring expense controls.
  • Hiring, leading, and providing managerial and technical expertise to cross-functional teams, including 3rd party vendors, to ensure performance goals are met for all in-scope services across all towers.
  • Developing and managing account service delivery plans, contributing to strategic account plans, and negotiating with and managing 3rd party vendors to contribute to contractual requirements.
  • Identifying incremental revenue opportunities and supporting pursuit activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and customer policies, strategies, and processes related to HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics, and government.
Key Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of relevant business experience.
  • ITIL/ITSM experience.
  • Ability to build and manage strong customer relationships at the senior level.
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills.
  • Capability to apply business management, financial concepts, and contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations.
  • Competence to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communications for multiple audiences.
Bonus Points:
  • Aptitude to understand and analyze an issue or problem to develop and implement a corrective action plan.
  • Leadership ability to build and manage a cross-cultural, cross-tower, and cross-business team for effective and efficient customer support.
  • Adeptness to proactively and effectively manage risk on medium to high-risk projects.
  • Crisis and conflict management.
  • Government Security Clearance desirable but not mandatory.
