Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. As the key link between our clients and our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to deliver more value.
This role offers the perfect next step for someone who is passionate about building client relationships, problem-solving, and driving growth. You will work autonomously with the support of a collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in account management, sales or client-facing roles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, tech-savviness, and a proactive relationship-focused mindset.
About The Role- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Manage a portfolio of active clients and ensure retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and identify upsell opportunities
- Review systems, conduct health checks, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely project delivery
- Stay across market trends and client needs to provide insights
