At the heart of our business, we are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead the way in managing and growing key client relationships across various sectors.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across retail, corporate, education, and event sectors.
  • Respond to client enquiries, prepare quotes, and provide product recommendations that meet their unique needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver orders on time and exceed client expectations.
  • Support clients with artwork, branding, and product design concepts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our extensive product range.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or a related field (preferably in promotional products or B2B).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software is an advantage.
