About the Role

A Brisbane based opportunity has become available for an experienced Client Relationship Manager with Bank of Queensland Specialist. The role of a Client Relationship Manager is to originate, retain and manage a portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of healthcare clients, with the support of a dedicated analyst.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promote and sell commercial product offerings to core clients, discussing options and developing tailored solutions
  • Meet and/or exceed individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a focus on book growth
  • The Specialist plays a key role in driving direction and performance, including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in commercial lending
  • Previous experience in commercial lending to healthcare clients
  • Tertiary education desirable
  • Small business experience desirable
