Business Development Manager for High-Value Clients

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Executive to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients in Brisbane.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled business development professional to drive growth and provide exceptional service to our clients. You will have experience in successfully managing complex financial solutions and driving deal execution.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand our client base;
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at our target clients;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and meet client needs;
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking or a related field;
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining high-value client relationships;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Familiarity with financial analysis and credit decisioning processes.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating long-term value for our clients.
