We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Privacy and Data Risk to join our team. As a key member of our FCC team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the AMP Group and its entities comply with relevant privacy and data management regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the assessment of privacy and data risks, providing expert advice and direction to business units.
- Ensure effective management of privacy and data risks, including assisting business units in managing privacy and data incidents, issues, and breaches.
- Develop and continually uplift the complete end-to-end Privacy and Data Risk Management frameworks and policies across AMP.
- Provide high-quality analysis to Business Unit management and Privacy and Data Risk Management SMEs on risk assessment and compliance requirements.
- Review, coordinate, devise, and conduct training and awareness programs for Privacy and Data Risk Management to ensure risks are appropriately considered.
- Prepare high-quality reports for the Head of FCC, Privacy, Fraud and Data Risk to inform executive management and Board-level Committees.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance, Law, or equivalent.
- Compliance experience in Privacy and Data Risk Management within financial institutions, consulting firms, law firms, audit firms, or regulators.
- Essential experience in Banking and/or Wealth Management, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment.
- Ability to assess and mitigate Privacy and Data Management risks, with experience in data reporting, analytics, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
