About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Canva. As a key member of our Privacy Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our user privacy strategy and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of data protection.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our user privacy roadmap, working closely with our privacy and product legal teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data privacy risks, and for developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our user privacy roadmap, working closely with our privacy and product legal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data privacy risks
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
  • Work with our engineering team to develop and implement data protection solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to our product teams on data privacy best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data privacy, with a strong background in product management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of data protection regulations and industry standards
