Senior Business Analyst Job Description

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the organization is aligned with industry standards and legal requirements regarding data handling and privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Record Management Policy Development: Develop and implement record management policies and procedures that ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Ensure Data Protection Compliance: Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and manage data protection compliance projects to ensure the organization's data protection policies are up-to-date and enforceable.
  • Provide Regulatory Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure the organization's data protection policies are aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Monitor Privacy Risk: Monitor privacy risk, propose risk mitigation strategies, and maintain data breach response protocols.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Record / Privacy Management.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in records management, including policy development, implementation, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with business process analysis, documentation, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with records management software and privacy management tools.
