Senior Property Officer

As a senior property officer, you will play a key role in overseeing the council's diverse assets.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of council properties, including land acquisitions and disposals.
  • Administer and coordinate leases, licenses, and agreements with community groups, commercial tenants, and government bodies.
  • Lead property-related projects such as development agreements and land transfers.
  • Provide expert property advice and act as an escalation point for complex property matters.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent the council at property forums and meetings.
About This Opportunity

The senior property officer supports managing and maintaining the council's property portfolio, including leasing and asset management. They provide advice to senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations, overseeing occupancy agreements for community and commercial assets.
