Asset Management Coordinator

The Asset Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's asset management capabilities. Key responsibilities include whole-of-life planning, condition assessment, data management, and end-of-life evaluation aligned with the Victorian Government Asset Management Framework.
This position translates strategic objectives into actionable day-to-day activities, promoting asset management functions across the organization. Essential tasks involve project management of improvement initiatives, developing documentation, and supporting the development and maintenance of asset management plans and related documents.
Additionally, the successful candidate will manage and maintain asset management data, standards, and processes, while assisting in the development and coordination of new, renewal, and upgrade asset programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant qualifications in information technology or engineering
- Demonstrated understanding of asset management principles
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and recommending asset management standards, process flow, data needs, and reporting requirements
