Asset Management Coordinator

This is a challenging role within the Asset Management Office, where you will play a crucial part in developing and coordinating Fire Rescue Victoria's asset management functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Manage the development and approval of key asset management system documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of asset management plans and related documents for all FRV asset classes.
- Develop, manage, and maintain asset management data, standards, processes for all FRV asset classes.
- Contribute to the development and coordination of new, renewal, and upgrade asset programs.
As an Asset Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of asset management strategies.
- Supporting the implementation of asset management improvements across FRV.
