Strategic Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Manager to lead our asset management strategy, ensuring the effective and sustainable management of our assets.
- Job Description:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve asset management goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address asset-related risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain asset management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct asset condition assessments and develop recommendations for maintenance and rehabilitation.
- Education:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in a local government setting.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
- Competitive Salary:
- $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
