Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III or higher qualification in Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field.
  • Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with participants, their supports, and employers.
  • Business development skills and local employer connections.
  • A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • The ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
