Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Employment Services Consultant. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people from all backgrounds, ages, and abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized individual support and intervention to clients who have obtained employment. You will build strong relationships with clients, employers, and key stakeholders to assess and address their needs to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining tailored employment pathway plans in conjunction with job seekers that identify specific employment outcomes, work strategies, and interventions to achieve sustainable employment.
  • Providing ongoing support to clients in the workplace to maintain employment through effective post-placement support.
  • Surveying the local job market to identify suitable and alternative employment opportunities for clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to engage and influence.

You will also require high-level negotiation skills, the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations, and the ability to work autonomously in varied locations as required.
