This role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disability. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital part in connecting individuals to sustainable employment opportunities.

You will guide and support participants on their journey to employment, developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations. This includes utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.

  • Develop partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants
  • Enhance employability through referral to support services and training
  • Provide in-employment support to sustain employment
  • Market participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Achieve performance benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance requirements
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others succeed in employment. We are looking for people who possess strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employers.
