The role involves supporting job seekers to become work-ready and secure employment.
This position is based at one of our national sites, where we deliver employment services programs from over 400 locations. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Provide training and support services to increase job seekers' capacity for employment
- Develop a joint job plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Flexibility to work standard business hours
