Employment Plus Consultant Role

We are seeking passionate and team-focused individuals to join our Claims and Wage Subsidy team based at Blackburn, Melbourne.

  • Negotiate wage subsidies with employers and perform compliance checks on information and data.
  • Assist employers with queries and set up Government apps and accounts to manage and access wage subsidies if needed.
  • Submit requests and data into internal and external systems.

This role involves supporting colleagues, participants, and employers in achieving their goals. You will work closely with a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving positive outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Business qualification (Cert 3 or above)
  • Experience in employment services, particularly outcome claims and wage subsidies
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Able to learn quickly and retain information
