This is an exciting opportunity to work in a productive and collaborative environment, helping people with injuries, illnesses or disabilities become work ready and find sustainable employment.
The role will involve sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers, helping them identify their skills and abilities, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will also be responsible for increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services, creating and implementing joint job plans, and building relationships with local employers and community organisations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle are also required.
