We are seeking a dynamic professional to support our Trade Development Manager in driving growth in the Australian market through strategic partnerships and key account management.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in travel or tourism, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to create value for partners while achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the trade team on implementing select partner commercial account plans, executing joint marketing initiatives, and managing relationships across diverse stakeholders.

They will also be passionate about New Zealand and committed to Te Ao Maori values.

This is a fixed-term role that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally respected destination marketing organisation.

You will work on high-impact campaigns with leading travel partners, collaborate with passionate professionals, and help shape how the world sees Aotearoa New Zealand.
