
Global Partnership Development Lead

Unlock Global Opportunity as a Senior Partnerships Manager. We're breaking down borders that have traditionally limited hiring and career opportunities, creating the infrastructure for the future of work and enabling a more inclusive and diverse global economy.
This role will identify and activate key partnerships to support Enterprise segment growth in the ANZ region, managing partner relationships end-to-end from onboarding to enablement and pipeline generation. You'll work closely with the Enterprise APAC sales team to align partner efforts to priority segments, named accounts, and revenue targets.
You'll also support and scale co-selling motions, including joint planning, deal support, and executive alignment. Additionally, you'll launch and optimize co-marketing campaigns targeted at Enterprise buyers, partnering with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure partner performance, referral accuracy, and reporting.
Maintain visibility of pipeline influence and track partner contribution to Enterprise quota attainment. With 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel roles (Enterprise focus preferred), you'll possess a strong understanding of HCM, HR Tech, and Workforce Management customers. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
A comfortable working cross-functionally with sales teams and supporting quota-carrying objectives, you'll also bring strong commercial acumen and be able to report on partner pipeline, conversion, and ROI. Experience working in fast-growing, global, or remote-first environments is desired, along with the ability to travel as needed to meet with partners across the region.
